SoapBox Mobile AutoSpa, LLC Service Agreement
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and SoapBox Mobile AutoSpa, LLC (hereafter referred to as “SoapBox”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our services, you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you.
By booking or using the services of SoapBox Mobile AutoSpa, LLC you hereby agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
1. Mobile Car Washes and Detailing
1.1. We require 48-hour notice of cancellation, any cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a fee equal to the lesser of $100 or 50% of your initial invoice.
1.2. Instances where the customer needs to reschedule, we ask that you provide 24-hour notice. The customer is allowed to reschedule three appointments within a calendar year without sufficient notice, at the fourth and subsequent occurrence, may result in cancellation of your appointment and retainment of your full invoiced amount.
1.3. We reserve the right to reschedule any and all appointments no less than 12 hours before your appointment.
2. Detailing, Paint Protection Film, Vinyl Wrapping, Window Tinting at Our Location
2.1. The following services (Detailing, Paint Protection Film, Vinyl Wrapping, Window Tinting) require a non-refundable $500 Deposit that will be applied to your final invoice.
2.2. Rescheduling of any of the services listed in 2.1 will require 72- hour notice, insufficient notice to reschedule will result in an additional $100 fee, which may be waived at our discretion.
Services Performed
1. Detailing
1.1. Preexisting imperfections, in the finish of a vehicle, due to but not limited to (negligence in storage, negligence by previous owners, reapplication of paint/clear coat, extended exposure to the elements, and application of protective films and wraps to the vehicle) that cannot be identified immediately. We will do our best to communicate whether there are any imperfections exist that will be accentuated prior to commencing work. However, there will be instances in which those imperfections cannot be identified until we commence the work, at which point we will communicate the imperfections and the solutions to correct the imperfections, which may or may not result in additional charges. If the customer does not wish to correct the imperfection(s) and incur the additional charges, SoapBox will complete the work as originally agreed upon.
1.2. Expected outcome for Detailing Services are to be reasonable based on previous care of the vehicle, there is no guarantee that the finish of the vehicle will reflect that of a new vehicle or a vehicle that has been meticulously cared for.
2. Paint Protection Film
2.1. This process includes using sharp objects near the finish of the vehicle, which may result in fine scratches to the clear coat of the vehicle. SoapBox will not be liable for any damage to the finish of the vehicle while under our care.
2.2. In rare occurrences the removal of Paint Protection Film can result in damage to the finish and the paint of the vehicle due to but not limited to (the quality of the manufacture’s painting process, exposure to the elements or negligence of the vehicle) SoapBox will not be held liable for any damages that occur during removal of Paint Protection Film, whether it was applied by us or it is being removed by us.
3. Vinyl Wrapping
3.1. This process includes using sharp objects near the finish of the vehicle, which may result in fine scratches to the clear coat of the vehicle. SoapBox will not be liable for any damage to the finish of the vehicle while under our care.
3.2. In rare occurrences the removal of Vinyl Wrapping can result in damage to the finish and the paint of the vehicle due to but not limited to (the quality of the manufacture’s painting process, exposure to the elements or negligence of the vehicle) SoapBox will not be held liable for any damages that occur during the installation or removal of the Vinyl Wrap, whether it was applied by us or it is being removed by us.
4. Window Film Application
4.1. You are responsible for adhering to the laws as it relates to the application of window tinting film in the state in which your vehicle is registered. We are not liable for any summons you incur as it relates to the improper application of window film.
4.2. This process includes using sharp objects near the finish of the vehicle, which may result in fine scratches to the clear coat of the vehicle. SoapBox will not be liable for any damage to the finish of the vehicle while under our care.
5. Operation of Motor Vehicles
5.1. Customer will give SoapBox access to the vehicle during all services performed and at any additional mutually agreed upon times. This document ensures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our SoapBox technician. SoapBox will not be liable for damages during normal and responsible operation of your vehicle.
